Just Another Day

It has been some long days for me. Steve left last Tuesday going to Oregon to see his son and family. I know they were happy to have him come in and I know he is having a wonderful time with his son. And that is More Important than anything.

As for me well...I spent Christmas here at home. I was suppose to go back to Texas but, well lets just say things don't always happen the way we want them too. Steve tried to change my tickets so I could go home with him but, once again something out of our control. So I canceled my leave and stayed home and went to work. I told everyone not to worry about me being home I would just pass it like any other day and that is what I am doing. But you know it would be a lot easier if there were not So many Darn Christmas movies on TV. So needless to say I have spent a lot of time doing things around the house and watching a lot of movies (not Christmas related). And just to let everyone know Yes I am doing fine (Ok Steve). Just one more day and I can go back to work and just 2 more days till Steve comes home. :)

Well that is all I have been doing but, there is one thing I have learned. No matter how hard you try to pass the day by Deep down you know the truth. I don't know what hurts worse just being alone or knowing the truth Why you have to be alone. But hey it's all good,. Everyday is a lesson learned. A lesson from life.

Plus like I said 2 more days till Steve comes home. ;) Then on to the New Years!
